First Place Bank Loan Programs

Conventional Loan: 10 to 30 year fixed rates; 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10 year ARM's and 5 and 7 year balloons.
Jumbo Loan: A market leader in jumbo rates. 15 and 30 year fixed rates.
No PMI Loan: 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% minimum down payment with no mortgage insurance.
Bridge Loan: Bridge up to 90% of the home's value. No dual payments. Pay off the current mortgage. Interest payments can be billed at the end of the nine-month term, quarterly or monthly.
Zero Down Payment: $375,000 maximum sale price. Finance on a 30 year fixed, 7-1, 5-1, 3-1 and 1-1 ARM.
Construction Loan: 5% minimum down; approved and closed within 24 days; fixed or ARM products and NO double closing costs. Lock for 6 to 12 months.
End Loan: 5% minimum down on all loan products. "LOCK & ROLL" option available.
Building Lot Loan: 10% - 20% down payment up to 30-year amortization, 5 year balloon.
No Ratio Loan: 20% down payment and no underwriting ratios!
No Income Verification: 10% - 20% down and no tax returns. Primary, second home and investment.
Portfolio Loan: ARM loans for those Special Buyers - no income or less than perfect credit.
Investment Property: Minimum 10% down payment. Fixed and ARM loans available.
Relocation: First Place Bank can direct bill your company for the closing costs. The application can be done over the phone and by express mail.
FHA/VA: FHA and VA 15 and 30 year fixed. Direct Endorsed Lender
